This webinar is a novelty within the IBFI’s offer of capacity building this year. It intends to bring together experienced research economists from the Banque de France and economists from other central banks. Our experts will present articles having been successfully published in academic journals and will share with participants the challenges they faced and the methods they implemented before and during the peer-reviewing process. Each session will devote enough time for participants to interact with experts. The aim is to provide participants with good insight and tips for improving the quality of a working paper and eventually publishing their own research work in peer-reviewed journals.
Participants
This seminar is intended for both junior and senior central bank staff carrying out analysis and research on any topic in economics. Attendees interested in improving their abilities to submit their work to academic journals or international conferences are welcome.
