The third international seminar on cyber security was held online on 1 and 2 February 2022.
The IT and Telecommunications Department and the Risk Prevention Department presented the methods for controlling cyber-attacks as well as the mechanisms for preventing, detecting and responding to attacks. The impact of the COVID crisis on the types of cyber-attacks observed was the subject of a presentation and the last part of the seminar was devoted to a simulation of an attack: this exercise was unanimously appreciated by the 90 participants representing some thirty foreign central banks, who were able to exchange and share best practices.
